BAYWING EF-150 EXPRESS Full-Stack Electric Hydrofoil Fleet & Twin-Hub 22kV/11kV Terminal Platform
Aero-Marine Systems is engineering the vertically integrated future of Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area maritime transit: combining 100Hz Fly-by-Wire carbon-composite electric hydrofoils (slashing energy burn by 80% from HK$ 175.50/NM down to HK$ 38.22/NM) with dedicated Greenfield EV & GBA Passport Control (CIQ) Terminals on both sides of Victoria Harbour—anchored by HK Electric’s 22 kV Concrete Substation (+7.0 mPD) at Sheung Wan, CLP’s 11 kV + BESS architecture in Kowloon, and 400V-to-BESS buffers in Macao.
Dual Science Park (HKSTP + SZ/Zhuhai) industrial flywheel & D2–EF150 fleet.
Interactive hydrographic chart of all 23 HK routes + 5 GBA CIQ corridors.
1600×900 schematics for D1, D2 & EF-150 + Froude scaling (Fn=1.17).
7-Domain CFD, FEA, 2oo3 Fly-by-Wire, Pod Drivetrain & IMO/DNV rules workbench.
Sheung Wan 22kV + Kowloon 11kV CIQ + Macao 400V-BESS & 13 agency filings.
Why Clean-Sheet Hydrofoils & Greenfield Terminals Beat Retrofitting Heavy Boats
Legacy electric ferry trials fail physics by bolting heavy batteries into high-drag displacement hulls and attempting to retrofit congested, heritage-restricted piers. BAYWING solves the entire thermodynamic and infrastructure equation simultaneously.
Wave Drag Decoupling
Submerged carbon T-foils lift the hull completely clear of surface waves at 18+ knots, enabling 38-knot long-range GBA transit without oversized battery weight.
Sheung Wan +7.0 mPD Hub
Confirmed with HK Electric (21–22 Oct 2026): permanent Concrete Customer Substation (FFL ≥ +7.0 mPD) banking N × 1,500 kVA transformers 150m from the Zone Substation.
Greenfield + Passport CIQ
Established on our 28 Oct 2026 CLP call: bypasses heritage-locked TST Pier via a Greenfield 11 kV + BESS Terminal with GBA customs clearance (18m to SkyPier, Macau, Foshan).
HKSTP IP + GBA Shipyards
Pairs Hong Kong Science Park (HKSTP) flight-control IP & top-down bureau backing with high-velocity Shenzhen/Zhuhai composite shipyard manufacturing.
Hardware-First Industrial Velocity Paired with Twin-Hub Greenfield Terminals
Rather than waiting on fragmented bottom-up retrofits of aging piers, BAYWING executes a top-down, hardware-first rollout: proving the digital twin and 1:8 D1 demonstrator at Hong Kong Science Park, initiating D2–EF150 hull fabrication in Shenzhen/Zhuhai shipyards, and commissioning dedicated 22 kV (HKE) and 11 kV (CLP) Greenfield EV & Customs Terminals.
Five Vessel Classes Scaled from One Core Powertrain
Every vessel shares the same 800V–1,000V marine LFP battery modules, SiC pod drive units, and 100Hz flight-control computer—manufactured in GBA shipyards to serve all 23 Hong Kong ferry routes and 5 cross-border GBA corridors.
